Questions about ignition keys
Hoping someone might be able to shed some light on a question I have. I noticed the 1994-1997 Integras have the key that has the red-lettering 'Acura' on the key. Then I see the 2000-2001 Integras had the keys that have the red 'A' letter on it. Anyone know what the 1998-1999 Integra keys are? Part ...

Re: 98-0148 (From Rice to Nice)
This last post was great! Puts a few things in perspective. You are right. The global overloards are going to restrict driving as well as gas engines. I used to think tomorrow will essentially be just like it was today. I've learned that's not the case. Things are changing fast. Enjoy each day with ...

Re: 97 #00151 Returns
Is that engine you dropped in the one you called a dud? Who put the OEM 94-97 front end back on? Previous owner? I am assuming the previous owner took off things like the SMSP exhaust, wheels, front end, seats, brake calipers, and suspension. Can you tell I am very interested in this car's life? lol

Re: 97 #00151 Returns
Very true. Both the front-end and K-swaps were the thing to do back then. I just found this thread: https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-type-r-8/97-itr-151-updated-pics-still-going-strong-after-3-years-2627427/ The theft of your car wasn't as bad as most fortunately. Lots of vital parts were...

Re: 97 #00151 Returns
I think the gist of the story is the thieves first ruined the car and the previous owner didn't do it any favors.
Such a shame and pretty upsetting.

Re: 97 #00151 Returns
I ran across the rebuild thread from the previous owner of your car during my research of other Type Rs.
It has had a rough life. Glad it is being rebuilt properly!

300 mile ITR
I have been casually looking for ITR parts, mostly in an attempt to get them back to their respective chassis. I found someone selling a fender that I thought might've come from a stolen car. I've been up for road trips lately so I rented a car and headed out for the 850-mile round trip that I did i...
