Looks like it's a front, left seat back cover for a 3rd gen Integra but I can't find that color code (N11ZA).

Unfortunately, those are the only specs for our cars, aside from the 15x8 +35. You can view all of the SW388 wheels at spoonsports.jp . Yes, the Twin Block calipers fit with stock USDM wheels and no spacers. I ran it on my car for years with no issues. I believe they will also fit the JDM 16" wheels as well with no spacers. From what I understand, the Monoblock calipers do require spacers with the OEM wheels though. If I recall...
