Looks like it's a front, left seat back cover for a 3rd gen Integra but I can't find that color code (N11ZA).

82521-ST7-Z01ZA is for a USDM Integra Type R - "Cover, Left Rear Seat-Back Trim *NH1L*.
82521-ST7-Z01ZB is for a 94-95 Integra - "Cover, Left Rear Seat-Back Trim (Dark Excel Charcoal)

Unfortunately, those are the only specs for our cars, aside from the 15x8 +35. You can view all of the SW388 wheels at spoonsports.jp . +30 on a 7.5" wheel is really aggressive for the Integra. You'll definitely need to run a lot of negative camber and probably roll your fenders to clear the tires under compression. I have the Regamaster EVO 2s, which are 16x7 with +38 offset and they stick out slightly in the front and are pre...

Yes, the Twin Block calipers fit with stock USDM wheels and no spacers. I ran it on my car for years with no issues. I believe they will also fit the JDM 16" wheels as well with no spacers. From what I understand, the Monoblock calipers do require spacers with the OEM wheels though. If I recall...
