There is a small part of me that hopes it doesn't sell but I just don't have the time to enjoy it anymore. A shame to just let it sit.

Good luck with your auction. Original owner goes a long way in the collector world. Crazy we (ITR owners) have made it to a point where the car has a legitimate collector status. It has been fun watching these cars explode on BaT.

I can only imagine that the low mileage combined with the single ownership is what made it worth so much. It wasn't a museum piece by any stretch, had some scuffs on it, and was owned within the rust belt(but clearly garaged). I can't imagine someone is willing to pay $65K for an ITR to drive so tha...

Super cool but I wish they just stuck with 16x7 +43 or +50. That is perfect ITR fitment IMO.
