i did mine myself as well. you def need a good press or forget it. Can't remember but i think i cooled down a couple of them in the freezer before installing.

Just remember the length of the air intake will affect peak torque. On my 235hp b20vtec with pro 2 cams, i make peak torque at 4700 rpm. I run an AEM style intake running into the fender. The longer tubing creates a resonance spike at a lower rpm. The graph above shows peak torque at around 6000 rpm...

i have a full set of spoon bushings on my R minus the rear trailing arm (OEM). Unbelievable quality and fitment was spot on for every bushing. The ride now is pure joy. No sacrifice in ride harshness at all. You will cannot go wrong with the spoon set.

I pulled the trigger on the centric premium rotors. They are an “upgrade” (whatever that is?)to the standard centric rotors that ddwelch bought. 40ish dollars Cdn each. Brembos cost me almost 4 times as much each. Well see how they hold up at the expo?... maybe while I’m down there I’ll pick up a co...
