Just FWIW and all that, typically “bouncing” is too much compression (or too much high speed compression). This is assuming the car isn’t getting on the bumpstops constantly. Have you tried measuring bump travel after trimming the bumpstops yet?

Yep, I’d use the spherical end links. If they make noise, it’s play and they’re due to be replaced.

To cut down on dry poly noise, wrap the bar with Teflon tape where it goes inside the bushings. It’ll make a huge difference.

Excellent points! I forgot to note alignment and tire pressures. I feel like dialing tire pressures is the most important yet overlooked item in our toolbag.
