I haven’t had a Teg door panel off in years so can’t remember what the bottom pocket screws look like... probably like the silver screw pictured above, just different part number.
I wasn't concerned about the silver ones behind the door. I got the pocket screws and wasn't sure if it was a replacement screw or the same as original. I guess spoon confirmed on another car , thought he asked you. My bad. Thanks for chiming in because I have the correct screws and have been skeptical about installing them. Mine have a washer but I suspected since I owned the car it wasn't the right screw.

So I bought this NOS mirror to violate and paint champ white. My base is jagged. So I can get this thing apart somewhat.

I also am able to unscrew the actuator. I didn't get those pics. The fsm manual, simply says remove the actuator and reverse after removing the screws. Well there's rubber plugs on the back and when I pulled one it goes right into the white plastic. I see no connector. The other side is the white chassis harness, and would require de pinning. The manual doesn't call for that. Has anyone disassembled one of these? Any advice?

I have a few updates to post but I am unable to do so. I recently had a phone die. The Tapatalk app keeps telling me I need a user profile to post a picture. I can see I am logged in . Is anyone able to help me on this?

I finally got around to installing the new ac vent housing. While I was at it I tackled the burnt bulb on the climate control. I bought the bulbs and console months ago. When I went to install them last time I noticed the defrost bulb also burnt out. I changed all the bulbs when I did it . I recommend doing it all at once . In the next picture these are the bulbs. One of the switch bulbs were discontinued. There is a replacement which doesn’t have the little yellow condom. It was noticeable enough that I swapped the old condom to the new bulb .

I didn’t need these. I ordered them in October because the Acura part system showed zero in stock for the country. They arrived the next day . Something was wrong with the inventory apparently.

Reviewing the image links, I see they are hosted by TapaTalk. It's possible TapaTalk is having issues. Also, there is a cost to TapaTalk hosting images, in which our tiny none profit (aka Jay's credit card) foots the bill. I will research but my suspicion is our Type R Club hit the max allowed storage again.

Either way, I would look into a reliable photo host. I made a thread here comparing options and ultimately, settled on FlickR after unsuccessfully testing Photo Bucket.
