Any weekend in June should work for me, May is booked daughter has a lot of things going on then. The sooner I can get a head count the better. There are a few places I was looking at renting to cook out or maybe using the family restaurant to stage a spirited drive any going back for lunch or a combination of the two.

Id suggest AVOIDING Mothers Day weekend (May 9/10), Memorial Day weekend (May 23/24), and Fathers Day weekend (June 20/21).
