drove a CTR last week !

Post by hondacbx » Mon Feb 24, 2020 8:52 pm

A 2018 CTR showed up at the local Ford dealer, and I said, I should take this beast for a drive ! And I did ! Short drive because salesman was with me. I was impressed, It definitely puts you back in the seat when you get on it , felt very good, the rev matching was hard to get used to , I like doing it myself. I liked it ! Car had 29k which I think is high, They wanted $32,100 for it? Many out there for sale these days with low miles. As I said I really liked the CTR , But would I sell my Black 2000 ITR to buy one ????????? :drink:

My first (FK8) CTR driving experience was last summer at Watkins Glen. Luke let me drive from WGI to the Seneca Lodge. I was impressed with how planted they car handled, even under heavy throttle.

I have too much blood, sweat, tears, and savings, to ever part with mine though. I would consider a CTR if life changes for another fun daily.

No affiliation with the dealership but I drove by it tonight and saw it parked out front. The one you drove sounds expensive for a 18' with this miles. Heres a 19' with 3k miles

20 years ago was our time.
In our time we had the ITR, for sticker price $25k, when it could be found.

The CTR is a really great value, at MSRP of $37k.
The South County Honda Dealer, in St Louis does not markup the CTR.
You put a deposit and they call you, when the next one comes available.
The CTR awaits you.
You only get one love and now is your time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKOYr9Hhjxg
