Based off these numbers, we can calculate the rate of the Cusco bar to confirm:
USDM 22mm: 292lbs/in x 139% = 405.88lb/in
JDM 23mm: 347lbs/in x 117% = 405.99lb/in

This confirms the 406lbs/in numbers I had found.
