Awesome progress, I always enjoy build threads, but this one is pure and simple fun.

I would benefit from your experience in the LED HID. I wonder what units would apply (or be better) for projector headlamps in DC2's. I didn't find an official website and Amazon.

Its such a fun car man, I zip around town at 20-25mpg. It's a little miracle B16 I'd say, feels very alive. I had to let my buddies drive it to confirm I wasn't just hyping the car up. My goal is just to return it to factory glory with a twist. No fancy mad tight jdm parts.

Here's the best shot, as accurate as I could capture of my Crappy HID/Halogen. The HID clearly over powers the factory halogen here.

For now I'm collecting old man goodies.

well I'm no lighting specialist but back in '05 my wife had an "inspired" accord. Those headlights apart from the new ILXTSXASXSPEC Acuras were brilliant. We used the D2S w/ G35 ballasts, it was glorious and beautiful. Clean and crisp. I'd love to get that visual on this old 2000 civic. In the stock USDM DC2 there's an improvement with LEDs for sure. We've done this before at our shop. In a week or so I do plan on trying a set of nightbreaker laser halogens and comparing those to the LEDs above.

Thanks Noah. So far driving around to handle the basics have been fun.

"ITR" Piping, OBDII Cat, DB8 Muffler

Took the car to a frame shop 2 days ago to have the lower radiator support straightened and man that guy knocked it out of the park.

Got a chance to tackle some repairs on the civic. After the exhaust install the car threw an ELD and both O2 codes. Hondas TSB stated wires beneath the manifold can get pinched and create this issue, so I pulled the engine harness from the vehicle and let's just say from there it was all down hill, in respect to what I'd find hidden beneath the loom.

Finished work, all soldered and heat shrinked, with some fresh tape. I will re-do the injector wire cover before install.

Verbal Update:

Secondary O2 harness repaired, fuse box replaced, de-fouler added to the primary O2 bung (Could it be that the ITR header flows much more than a B16...OH FASHO!) and no more CEL's. ELD and both O2 codes are gone as of now, time to put some miles on it for smog  8-)

Verbal Update
Knock issue was found, I will have to go back into the harness at some point, for now the KS is wired directly to the ecu.
