Quaife replied to my email asking about DC2:

"That car will have a power steering rack.
I’m afraid we do not manufacture any quick rack kits for power steering racks."

Here was the part from Endyn's website on his EF
http://www.theoldone.com/articles/Larry ... _Civic.htm

Curious about that modification done on an integra rack, though I wonder how much more difficult u-turns would be and overall feel. I've noticed the regular civic rack on my ek is a little bit better doing u-turns with the slower powered rack. A friend with a DA integra loved his quaife rack on the track, but talking to him before heading out to the track, he found it weird feeling on the street.

From my understanding integra p/s rack have the best lock to lock of the golden era hondas. (2.98 turns lock to lock)
EF/Crx rack with quaife is 2.75 turns lock to lock.

I do remember this old thread from honda-tech where someone was able to get 2 turns lock to lock using a steering quickener.

maybe something worth while to look into.

Wow, this is the first I've seen. This is race team mad scientist risk and reward. This isn't worth the benefit for me, but I'm curious to see if this appeals to others.

I'd do it on my gs-r if I had any of those skills required to do so, but I don't have any of them.

Measure twice, cut & weld once. I presume reputable fabrication shops could easily accomplish.

When you put it that way, it seems doable. I know of at least one fabricator actually.
