Added, thank you for contributing this information.

I vote yes, we could expand into Clutch + Helical types. I just need to change the title.

I believe Spoon and Kaaz are the same. Spoon just rebrands Kaaz if I remember correctly.

When I was running a Kaaz in my integra I would use GearX oil. Always felt notchy when cold, but once up to temp on track it was fine.

I wasn't aware, thank you for sharing. I'll update shortly.

I added, Section 2 - Helical LSD MTF Fluids Recs to the OP. Let's keep the content building going!

I've had a new ITR trans sitting in storage for a while. It looks like my buddy is gonna help me install it soon on my gs-r. I might consider the fluids recommended in the OP, below:

"OEM ITR:
Recommended MTF's:
-Amsoil
-GM Synchromesh FM
-Torco MTF
-Torco RTF *Can be mixed with Torco MTF 50/50"

But I wonder if I should use a certain fluid for break-in?

Simply because I like to have fun with cars, it'd be cool if royal purple would work...

If the transmission is a new build or BNIB OEM, I would plan to cycle oil after the first full tank for break-in. You can use the fluid mentioned or straight (no detergent/etc) cheap dyno oil in 10w30. I did this for my original MFactory transmission build in my thread and it's still going strong.

Clutch LSD's are a different story.
