I just talked to ticket sale person in Daytona, and they said the 6hr weekend at the GLEN is still a GO. Mon. the guy at glen motor inn said he just heard it is canceled??? So things still look good for the 6hr. race. I know track days are going on because I see cars with numbers going by my house every day. I live 30mi from Watkins Glen.

You are receiving this email because you are registered for the upcoming event at Watkins Glen Sept 7-8. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the New York quarantine order. You can find details by clicking this link. The track will be asking to see a state issued ID prior to drivers entering the track. Be advised that drivers with ID's from the restricted states may be asked to provide documentation showing that they have spent the last 14 days in a non-restricted state.

The NY COVID/Quarantine order has led to me canceling the Watkins Glen portion of my trip. Despite my area (city) being consistently low the greater state is not the same, and is flagged. It isn't worth the costs to change flights & book two weeks of hotels, or risk getting turned away after 17hrs of driving at the track. I will spend time with family pre-Barber instead.

My understanding is the roster from OP is still current and we will update should anything else change.

Just a week away, who is still coming, anyone have a garage? must register guests by this friday, I see Solo drivers can take passengers, I will put in my passenger seat & belts.

My understanding is RTW and I are out, but all others are still in. NY has recently began relaxing some (not all) states that meet the criteria but have increased out of state requirements at the track.
