I would recommend Kingpin Machine front arms with HPD OE bushings for rubber or sphericals. Kingpin Machine supports our community by sponsoring Expo (~7yrs) via small US-made business and actively offers suspension advice. I would also point to, What happened to the old forums?Little_Nolan wrote: ↑Sun May 17, 2020 5:39 pm CaR looks great!
Are those Skunk 2 front LCA's? Interested in what you think of them and how they hold up...
I originally put all Hard Race bushings in 98-1040 in '07 but over the years I replaced all due to failure or upgrades to spherical. I originally put Hard Race engine mounts and front/rear sway endlinks in '97 #00171, but I had to replace all due to failure. Your mileage may vary, but since you are also tracking, keeping an eye out.Insidiouseg6 wrote: ↑Mon May 18, 2020 11:25 am...Dang, those bushings should last a lot longer than 6k. Hmmm I will have to keep an eye on them now. Appreciate the heads up!Little_Nolan wrote: ↑Sun May 17, 2020 5:39 pm ...Something to keep an eye on: I am about to swap out my hardrace front endlinks due to failure of the blue rubber part. They literally cracked apart on both sides. Noticed the failure recently - they have just shy of 6k miles on them and were installed 4.5ish years ago. I am disappointed and probably wont do any more hardrace pieces.
