ISO: Actively Seeking USDM Type R

Hello, I'm looking for a USDM Type-R. I am located in Fresno, CA but am willing to travel a bit to pickup and trailer home. The following guidelines is what I am considering:

Clean title
Any OEM color (white, black, yellow)
No K swaps

Preferably a driving vehicle but may also consider a clean rolling shell that isn't completely dismantled. I am looking for a project to clean up but not rebuilding something from bare metal.
