Confirmed the 99-00 Civic CX/DX clockspring 77900-S04-A11 is plug and play on a 01 USDM ITR for a JDM ITR SRS steering wheel. No modifications are required it’s 100% bolt on.
I suspect that this would also work as a replacement for the usdm steering wheel but would be rotated ~80 deg counter clockwise. But I haven’t tested this the only possible concern would be full lock on a right turn stressed the clockspring in some way.

Thanks for all who helped out I have a tracking number on the Civic clockspring and expect to receive by the end of the week. I’ll post an update if it works out here once I test it out with the JDM ITR (SRS) wheel.

Turns out the horn on 01-0386 wasn’t working due to an issue with the clockspring (also possibly why I have a continuous SRS light).
ITR clockspring is discontinued and I plan to run the JDM ITR (SRS) steering wheel. It seems likely the prior owner may have run a JDM wheel as well resulting in the broken clockspring.
Doing research I found a few things:
The 01 ITR part is 77900-ST7-A11 Honda lists this same part for the 96-97 Del Sol. While this is discontinued I did find a wrecker that listed this (by part number) as available from a Del Sol. So that’s on order but still means I have to modify/risk a good clockspring for the JDM wheel, assuming it doesn’t arrive with issues.
The other thing I found is that 77900-S04-A11, the 99-00 Civic CX/DX appears to have the same clockspring as the ITR/DelSol (non-cruise), but already has the JDM horizontal orientation for clockspring. It basically looks like the JDM ITR clockspring. It’s also still showing available/in stock from Honda, so I ordered, but this is where the ask comes. Being SRS equipment the part seems to be controlled and I’m being asked for VIN for verification. Please help if you can.

Just going off of memory, I’m almost positive that all 96-00 civics have the 12-6 o’clock orientation. 92-95 civic and 92-97 del sol will be your best bet.

When I talk about clock positions I’m speaking of the hub on the wheel just to be clear. The civic clock spring alignment is straight while integra as well as 92-97 5thgen civic/del sol is offset. You could probably make it work but the spring won’t be aligned correctly and could be over extended turning to one lock or the other.

Edit: I re-read Nick’s response, the clock spring sits around the wheel hub so the wheel’s hub slot shown won’t have an impact to the clockspring. The angle of the clock spring is set by the 2 plastic pins on either side of the hub. The slot on the end of the wheel hub sits over a brass connector on the turn signal canceler(a plastic piece with 2 ears that presses a pin on the turn signal switches to disengage the turn signal). My JDM ITR wheel hub has the correct orientation for the turn signal canceler so turn signals cancel correctly even without a clockspring. Though none of this is generally an issue for me anyway since I don’t typically click my turn signals, I opt to lightly hold to avoid wear to the mechanism.
The USDM Integra clockspring also (uniquely) has 2 tabs that engage the turn signal canceler, but with a JDM wheel these have to be removed since the clockspring has to be rotated to align the 2 locating pins to the JDM wheel. The Civic clockspring doesn’t appear to have these inner tabs so the orientation of the turn signal canceler won’t be relevant here either.
If I can get the Civic clockspring new, and it doesn’t require additional rotation (has the correct orientation for a JDM wheel) this would reduce the risk of failure and would be my perfect solution.

I have a new one sitting in my hatch. The itr or rs works. The civic one works on the wheel as well. No idea if a civic one works in the integra. You can get a rs clockspring that will certainly work used .

The only complete JDM Integra (SRS, w/o cruise) clockspring I saw up online was attached to an entire column and seller couldn’t confirm if the clockspring was good. I could take a chance for ~$200 but if the Civic is the same part I’d rather get new and it’s $~50
There were some others up that I saw but the airbag connector was cut and there’s no way I’m splicing airbag wires.
I need to call HMO to see what they have that would work for me.

96 RS used the same part as ITR but I’m not seeing any available online so far. Usdm Integra clockspring also still would require modifications to work with the JDM wheel.
There certainly are solutions here but I don’t think they’re as elegant if the Civic part is the same as the JDM ITR and available new.
Some alternatives would be just to buy any used Integra clockspring, tuck the extra connector in the wheel to the side, depin the cruise wires on the dash side, clip the tabs and rotate the spring (as is usually done to fit the JDM SRS wheel).
Or buy a CRV clockspring(also looks to be correct but with horizontal, JDM oriented), tuck the cruise connector, repin the dash side connector (horn & cruise) with connector from the Integra.
Or bypass the airbag 2k ohm resistor under the dash, leave the airbag disconnected on the wheel side, go with the crx horn shoe solution for the horn, skip the clock spring.
Of increasing interest to me is why the USDM Integra wheels/clockspring were offset, nearly all others of there era I’m finding were oriented horizontal? It also appears to be one of the only clockspring with the two tabs on the inside diameter of the clockspring.

I used a rs one with no modifications. It was hard to find. The cruise control version doesn’t even plug into the itr harness.
