Hey,
I'm new to dc2 world and wanted to get some street track suspension suggestions. It'll be 90/10 street track split, maybe 85/15? Something comfortable but moderately priced as I have a dedicated track car already, just want to have fun as a backup track car and at ITRexpos . I'm a moderately good driver, depends who you ask.
Car came with buddy club suspension with unknown mileage and unknown parts. i haven't tracked it yet but will get a chance to in two weeks.

I really like my GC/Koni setup. Very solid setup for price.

That's good to hear. Are the rates 380/250 OTS koni/gc setup?

The Koni Yellow + Ground Control are a proven combination. Ground Control also offers top hats. I would avoid the OTS rates and step up to ~400lb. I also tracked stock springs on Bilsteins. Outside of building it yourself, you can step up to a full coilover solution, but costs will increase.
FYI I also have a similar setup I should sell if interested. My comments above do not reflect a bias, however.

I did not get OTS koni's. They are the new koni's that GC had spec'd. They can hold a higher spring rate than OTS yellows. I spoke with Dustin @ GC and he basically took my whole setup into account and suggested the best option for me. Give em a call, nice guys.
