5-spd RSX shift knob same as '00-'01 ITR?

Hoping someone might be able to verify if the RSX base 5-spd aluminum shift knob is the same knob as the aluminum '00-'01 ITR, just with black lettering.

It fits on the DC2 shifter lever?

The 00-01 ITR is Titanium and not aluminum

There is an old h-t thread where people were anodizing them purple with coco cola and 9 volt batteries. Somewhere in that thread people were saying that the jdm one is titanium and the Usdm is aluminum. I don’t know if that is bs or not but they at one time had pics of results and no results.
