OEM headunit pics request

Hoping to get some information on OEM headunits.

If anyone who owns 1997, 1998, 2000 and 2001 OEM ITR headunits can post pics of the headunit, I would greatly appreciate it. Pics of top, bottom, front, sides, and rear would be fantastic. Close ups if possible.

Just trying to document the differences.

There are differences? I thought 97-01 USDM/CDM were all the same head unit.

This is a really good thread. I just learned me something. I have some pics to add and unfortunately I have to do them 1 time because of Tapatalk. Here’s a Oem non type r example on eBay. Almost looks identical to 00dc2r’s pic .

Take note of the Acura font being different between those two differences, yet they are relatively the same year.

So I noticed the front of an ITR CD player has 1XJ1 on the front under the "Compact Disc" logo. Non-ITR units have 1XJ0.

I also noticed the part number difference. ITR ends in 600. Non-ITR is 500.

Wondering if all 97-01 ITR units are exactly the same.

In addition to the font being different on the Acura emblem the xj1 is on the type R version vs. xj0
You will also see that the compact disc emblem is different.

Now I present the Acura replacement on my warrantied radio that Acura replaced according the service records. I don’t have a clue if someone used something to remove the Acura emblem but doesn’t appear that it was ever present.
