What ever happened to SMSP?

Just curious what the story is behind the company SMSP header manufacturer. I had one in 2004-2005 time period on my Prelude. Loved the header.

Got out of Hondas temporarily for a few years.

Just curious. Randomly thought about the company today.

The last I heard, SMSP was still around, but scanning the internet the only hit I thought was relevant had a web error.

I still have a ~13yro SMSP header on my car and had one on my track EG. The multi-piece design has a few leaks and a few dents of street and track use. I need to get it repaired or replaced.
