Brake calipers that are the same as the Type R?

Curious if anyone happens to know for sure if the Honda Accord wagon front brake calipers are exactly the same as the Type R calipers?

I saw 1997-1999 3.0L Acura CL front calipers are the same as the Type R. I also saw that the brake pads are the same for the 97-99 CL 3.0L, Type R, and Accord wagon. Having the same brake pads doesn't necessarily mean the calipers are the same. For example, the Acura NSX and Acura GS 4 piston calipers have the same brake pads as the Type R/Accord wagon/Acura CL but those calipers are different.

Hoping someone can confirm. I have an Accord wagon so if anyone needs pics to help confirm, I can get them.

Just confirmed the calipers from my 1997 Axcord wagon have the number 17CL15VN etched into it.

Page 7 of this thread shows ITR Calipers 17CL15VN as well.
