NE caravan discussion and planning

Post by Brand0n » Tue Jul 13, 2021 9:13 am

Everyone down for setting up a caravan like we have in the past? I’m hoping the usual suspects chime in!

The event is on a Monday so what day is everyone planning to roll out? It’s a 14 hour drive from my area in PA, I assume a lot of you would be cool with splitting the drive over two days?

I know one person already has said about trailering anyone else?

I personally have off that sat-weds so I’m good for whatever the majority plans.

Will update this thread when we get some ideas rolling!

I think I'm down for a 2 day drive... stop at founders? Ive been meaning to do it, but haven't yet...

Not sure about the way back since I have a wedding in Philly the following weekend and may have errands in wisconsin after the 2nd day.

Im down for whatever. It really depends on when I get forced for overtime on Saturday. Best case for me, I get out of work Saturday 6am and sleep a bit. Best run I’ve done to Chicago is 9hrs in the Camaro. If I’m towing my pace will be slower, it will probably take me all of the 14hrs. If there are others on a faster pace I don’t want to hold them back.

This would be awesome, I really enjoyed that when we went in ‘14.

Victor towed out with us to RA I think last time and we kept a good pace without leaving him behind.

So pretty much most people are okay with leaving Saturday?

I could probably drive up to Carlisle unless you're leaving super early to head west.
