Re: 98 ITR (copart)
And to think i was only asking 17.5k for mine, then to see this go for 10.4K, it’s mind numbing. What a crazy world we’re living in. Definitely look out for mine on BAT, when im done, it’ll be a nice driver for someone or simply an R they can beat on the track.
Re: 98 ITR (copart)
Looks like it’s back up again! The body is really not worth repairing in my opinion judging by those pictures. To bend that strut bar that much that unibody took a terrible shot. That upper apron area is toast along with the back end as well. How much could a type r swap with 217,000 miles be worth (assuming it’s a C5) ?
Re: 98 ITR (copart)
I swore the seats were in there the first time around to but I could be mistaken?
Re: 98 ITR (copart)
It did have seats. I took screen shots of the last auction.
One thing that I heard people do is they buy a car on Copart, take parts out like the engine, etc, put in a blown one, and sl it again on Copart.
Re: 98 ITR (copart)
Definitely possible. It is near Baltimore after all. Lol
Looks like the seats and armrest were taken.
I just looked at the screen shots I took. The car looks to be in similar condition as it was in my pics. There was a door panel in the back that's missing, too.
Re: 98 ITR (copart)
Last I saw, the bid was up to $8400 with a few hours left.
