Looks like 2 layers of woven fiberglass with my polyester resin works perfect.. big no to Mat fiberglass on this mold at least. would have to redesign mold for more rounded curves..

My set look great. Exactly what I wanted.

The weather has been gray, drippy and with getting prepared for my tuning apt. I’ve not had a chance to get them on but can’t wait and will grab some shots once they’re on.

So happy you like them! Can't wait to see how they fit on a 97 bumper. I use roloc sanding discs to make quick work of my trimming, I'd say start there to get your basic shape, then 80 to 180 refining the edge.
