For Verstappen, this though is for charitable reasons, with his Civic Type R going up for sale at €33,333 on December 23, reflecting his previous F1 race number, with the proceeds going to the Wings for Life charity, co-founded by Red Bull co-founder Dietrich Mateschitz.
Verstappen used this custom car as his mode of transport to F1 circuits around the globe.
“I am very pleased to have been able to sell my car for such a good cause as Wings for Life. I hope the new owner enjoys the car as much as I have,” said Verstappen, as quoted by Mundo Deportivo.

Given the timing, it has inspired me to ask about why they added yellow as a color during that time. Is it tied to Jordan F1 like other things in that era for other motorsports? I highly suggest going through
www.grandprix.com archives from that era to read about the Honda F1 engine programs with Jordan and BAR, etc.
And on that note, I still have my ticket stub from 2005 USGP. What a crazy moment to witness. I still think it was a bigger controversy than 2021 Abu Dhabi in this country.

Also, if you're curious, researching current F1 teams and their history will be quite a discovery.
Brackley Location = BAR Honda = Honda Racing F1 = Brawn GP = Mercedes AMG F1
Milton Keynes Location = Jaguar = Red Bull
Jordan = Force India = Aston Martin F1
Minardi = Scuderia Toro Rosso / AlphaTauri Honda
...and so on. You can pre-date the stuff I posted too.
