I appreciate you sharing, but I encourage the individuals below to join the community. We can make the official invite to join. Otherwise, how do they expect us to reach out once located?
It will be difficult for a none-friend connection to reach these individuals when these badges pop up. Even with their full name, there will be multiple entries on Facebook when searching. This also assumes the individual is still on Facebook, as many are deleting their accounts. Further, many are locking down due to rampant social media account hacking or privacy concerns. I'm open to alternatives to solve these challenges.
OP updated, if I'm missing any, open to feedback on gaps.

Re: Reunite Original Type R Badges, Engines, & Transmissions Thread
I am in possession of engine block number 7300980 and am looking for the original transmission for it. I have the VIN if we need to confirm it on that end.
Backstory: I don't know who the original owner was but it has changed hands at least once before I bought the block. IIRC the previous owner bought it from original owner, tracked the motor in his ITR, lost oil pressure and spun a bearing. I bought the block from him and rebuilt it for turbo where she is alive and kicking for the last year and a half now in my ITR.
I thought it would be cool to reunite the engine and transmission back together, even though it won't be going into the original car. I have no idea what happened to it and according to AutoCheck it came off a 2000 ITR that lived in California it's whole (short) life and the last recorded event was an accident in 2006.
