So if you knew it has at least 3 prior accidents, why wouldn't you disclose that? I don't think I'm being unreasonable by saying a $38k asking price would be realistic for a car that has never been in an accident.

Sellers have the right to ask any price they want. I personally think the seller's asking price is fair to start. Do I think they will get 38k, NO I don't but I believe it's in the correct asking range to get around 30-32k. I also believe it could get closer to the asking price if it had more original parts on it like header and exhaust and the complete EVAP system correct ECU Wheels seats etc

I absolutely agree!

I'm referring to the specific pic that shows the close up of the engine block where you can see that the block was ground down to clear a turbo. I was drawn to that pic because something seemed out of place but I never pin pointed it until ITR98 said something.

My AutoCheck report shows 3 accidents reported. According to the previous owner one was a frontend collision and the other two were minor. No accidents under my ownership. Again if you want to see the report please pm me.

This is odd. According to the CarFax, all 3 listed owners had it titled in GA. Youre in FL. The 3rd owner titled it back in Dec 2007. 3 of the accidents occurred under the 3rd owner's ownership.

Based on what you said, that would mean there are more than 3 owners, and you've never titled it in your name.
