For right now off the top of my head looking for the following:
- Rear taillights - SOURCED
- Front lip (any condition)
- Front Upper Strut Bar - SOURCED
- Rear Calipers - SOURCED
- might need rear seats, but I have to look in storage - CLEANED AND GOOD!
- rear spoiler - SOURCED
- Upper trunk brace bar - SOURCED
- Lower rear brace bar - SOURCED

I'm sure more to come, but thats what I got for now!

For now she will get fully put back together. Not really caring if parts are blue black red or white, just want to have them all and on the caR. #PRTSCAR (<--- This will be my license plate.. LOL) I really want to eventually do a proper JDM front Turbo... has always been a dream of mine.... But for now it will be USDM and running and being enjoyed until I build my house and new garage in a year or two. Then I can step back to this and make a plan. Either full USDM refresh or JDM front. I have 2 mint rear quarters, so it could be top to bottom, but idk just how far we want to go yet.

That sounds like a great idea. Funny thing is I considered putting a stripped ITR back together using random parts painted in CW, PY, FBP, and Milano Red (because I think the US should've gotten at least 1 year in MR).

I like the JDM tail lights on it. My favorite style of DC2 OEM tail lights.

If you keep it USDM front end and naturally aspirated, I might be able to help you out with a front strut tower bar, rear seats, and a rear wing.

More pics and info from the frame shop end of last week. I was able to source a RDOT front bumper and some OEM headlights. Radiator support looking good! Everything is bent into place, all perfectly in spec. You can see in the pictures of the bumper bar that the holes are dead center. Its crazy sometimes to see these cars, no motor, whole front end peeled off. Looks like there we are past the point of no return! LOL.







For now everything is mocked up, and it is looking good. Great, actually. Pin points are measuring out perfect.






Once points were looking good, it was time to mock up the lights and the bumper!! Woot woot!! It's looking like a caR again!!!




Once everything is lined up perfect, she will get welded into place. Super excited to see what we get back and ancy to get working on it. USDM for a while it is for now!!

I have been toying with boosted GSR for a while with ITR LSD to enjoy it with some boost.... It's going to be 3 different colors and a hodgepodge of sorts, so not so worried about it being "ITR" perfect as of yet.

But I have a few C5 motors completely rebuilt with 0 miles, so I will eventually put a 0 mile '98 C5 block in there when she gets painted all one color.

Quick parts haul for the giRl...



- Rear Spoiler
- Driver/Pass Front ABS Sensors (Needed for '97, one is broken)
- Front Upper Strut Bar
- Rear Upper and lower brace bars
- Driver/Pass door harness/wiring (Along the way somewhere, they swapped door wiring to JDM in attempt to start RHD conversion)
- Accessory ITR spark plug cover

the spark plug cover I just couldn't resist! I now have all 3 colors of plug cover, but I don't have a complete set of any color yet... yet!!! If anyone has those layin around DM me!!


Hoping to get some word back on the caR sometime this week for an update. Frame guy has been going nuts opening his wife's new restaurant before the new year, so he has been swamped. No worry on my end, but I'm eager to get wrenching!! We picked up the caR after all the wait and all the drive, and I never even got to take it off the trailer and dig into it...at all.

I think I will be even more excited now when it DOES make its way home, she will be straight and ready to roll!!
