225/45R16 Toyo proxes R1R

Near new Toyo R1Rs sitting in storage. Less than 400 miles on these. One needs/patch or plug. I've circled it on the actual tire, but I did not take a picture of it. A $770 value for just $450. My storage is getting a price hike in Jan. I want to clean it out and be out before then.
