Has anyone ever run skunk 2 stage 1 tuner cams with stock ECU and injectors ? I saw that there carb legal

I found out that Skunk2 stage 1 tuner cams are carb legal . So my question is has anyone had experience with using them with a stock type R ecu and injectors . If so pros and cons or any type of feedback would be helpful. Or if running stage 1 how your experience has been. Thanks
