Front Bumper: Why are there different PN's for '98-01 ITR & none-R?

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody has ever confirmed that Part# 04711-ST7-A80ZZ & 04711-ST7-A91ZZ are in fact the same bumper cover apart from the cutout template. My wife backed into my 2001 DC2R and I need a new front bumper. My local Honda dealer wants $1407 for 04711-ST7-A91ZZ so I dont want to order it if it wont fit the car or accept the Type R lip.

It fits and the spoiler fits. The bumper is less than $300. Why is the Honda dealer marking it up so much? Are they painting it?

I'm in Australia and the price is $1407 AUD, equivalent to about $928 USD, that is the price for an unpainted bumper. There are only 3 of these bumpers in the whole country so I am guessing they are gouging. I looked at importing from the US but was quoted $283 USD for the bumper and $1424 USD freight and I then risk never receiving it or it getting damaged in transit.

The OEM ITR lip fits on non ITR integra front bumpers.

They also sold the front lip and optional side skirts and rear lip as an optional kit for all Integras
