I drove from SoCal to Road America twice, and the long drive is part of the fun (at least it is for me). I know it's not for everyone though.

Love it!

Old man body, 2 young kids means low time for me at least.

Need to work on getting drone down a bit on my exhaust, and i am in reality too big for these awesome JDM recaros. So my max is 2 hrs driving, but can tow it to an event!

I love to see this thread. I would be happy to donate to the repay Jay fund and also would support another Expo.

Also curious about the May event with Andy.

I could probably coordinate a guns and grill out meet (or meatz) at the family “farm” here in VA so the OGs who went to those. We have a large pavilion, restrooms, gun range and what not on it and it’s like 20 min or less from Dominion Raceway. Def big enough to host the banquet also in the event Expo is at Dominion again.

Would be neat to see some of those meets happen again. I see Andy's event as something like that too. Always nice to get people together!

Real preliminary but if we pull off the expo reunion in 2025, most likely Aug or Sept at this moment.

You, Chris/JC/others from WA, Mel (AZ), and Nick's FL crew, all come to mind as shining examples of community members dedicated and embracing the full Expo experience. Add in strong caravans from Southeast, Northeast, PNW, mid-west, etc.

All: thanks so much for your participation in the survey and for your interest in the “party” shirts…. I’m still tallying and there are still interested parties approaching me thru multiple channels, so please bear with me as we work out the pricing details.

Cheers,

Awesome, thank you Chris! For anyone not yet aware- the survey provides as an opportunity to provide direct 1:1 feedback with the Expo leads.

This is a good reminder, please leverage the survey as the best way to share your feedback. We started the survey as a way for the community to share your asks/wants/needs from the Type R Club. This initial "party" shirt is the first tactical step towards the strategic goal to fund raise for a big 2025 Expo "Reunion" event.
