well that's multiplied since I last posted

...so its plural now. A 68 J code 4spd Fastback (ultimate dream car) and a 25 CBP CTR (modern dream car).
Very cool stable there. Any pics of the mustang? Our family has a 69 Shelby that my dad bought in 71, so I grew up with those in my world. And, about a month ago added a 25 CTR since the ITR was lonely

Niiiiice. A CW FL5 has my interest for a daily but the current theft trend makes me pause.

Yeah, they're being boosted quite a bit. However, there are deterrents.

I checked out copart and didn’t see any strips, but I saw a lot of victims of the fires in California.

Funny story..... they're actually being kept and driven around by thieves, A Story on Facebook, the guy reports that his car was found tinted, a few days later, he noticed that it had different wheels. Which was from another stolen BBP FL5 in the area.

Reading back through your build, I'm wondering what process you used to cleaned up the plastic covers for the fuel tank area. Whatever you did they cleaned up nice !

Very neat looking rides you have, quite a diverse combo there!
And with the FL5 theft, I as well have been getting worried about this. Been researching some deterrents, but it is info overload with some of what I'm reading. Cloning, CAN module injection....unreal!

Tip of the iceberg LOL....I'm truly a "car guy." Up until this year, I've owned 14 various makes and models, but I am thinning the herd. Mostly projects, some drivers in there, I'm down to 6 personal cars and plan to cut that in half also. I actually grew up loving classics. My wife and friends introduced me to imports.
Criminals have always been smart, there's just no foolproof anti-theft. Even trackers can be defeated as we all know. The upside is not all criminals have the know how, that slim chance, that small window, is all we need to recover it. I'm that guy that's willing to recover his own lol.
