I saw one on Craigslist LA or inland empire recently, check there.

When you find an ecu make sure you check that the sticker above the connectors (inside case) matches the sticker on the outside , the board number (farthest from the connectors) should be A3Y-B 001AC-L5002-00, and the three large digits printed on the largest chip on the board should be 111 for the p73-A04 (I'm told these digits indicate the program that's on the chip). At this age it's probably a good idea to confirm none of the capacitors are popped and no burn marks or oxidation is visible on any of the components.

When I was first on the hunt I was taken by a civic ecu that had been swapped into the case for a P73-A04.

If the rectangular resistors on the board edges (toward the connector) side aren't secured under the gold color holders this is a good indicator the board has been removed from the case at some point

Any more luck finding P73-A04’s?

California this month started a statewide smog station crackdown and thousands of people’s star smogs are becoming ref requirements now after the state cracked down on enforcement and ECU data checking.

The 01 USDM B18C5 I swapped into my civic for the last 6 years (and was BARd then) has been re flagged for another ref check for this years smog. And with out that A04 ECU my civic is going down for PNO until it can be registered.
