The 97 is specific to 97 ITR's, to include the ITR front lip on a 94-97 front end.

'97 ITR nose bras are specific, where as '98-'01's are interchangeable.

I have one with bag but has a bit of damage from a track day where the passenger fender clip on button ripped off.
