I'll leave Thursday night if its worth it, but I would need to know those details based on who is traveling from where and when.

Im in for Thursday night late arrival 11-12pm, or early Friday AM departure. and meeting some peeps along the way.

As of right now, I intend on leaving the Philly area Friday AM. Its around 3.5 hours from me so I am flexible on time but would rather get there early and get settled. Open to leaving Thurs as well but my hotel reservation starts Friday so Ill probably stick with that.

Dan, do you know of anyone up your way that is also coming? I expect a few people from Mass, and NYC/North Jersey areas but I dont have any definite head counts.

My route is basically from NJTP down through Balt and DC into VA but cant be flexible.
