The person had the car rebuilt and there trying to do a quick sale. If I remember correctly the first time it sold for $20k but it came back for sale again and sold for less the 2nd time around.

It's the same car same vin and same mileage. The person purchased rebuilt it in Kentucky and it's back up for sale
