What does the itr look like with rolled rear quarterpanels/fenders rocking the stock wheels, or 15x7 16x7 wheels? Does anyone have any pics? I guess my concern is the car having the "wide" fenders tucked in thin wheel looks afterwards if I swap rims out. If that makes sense

The term "rolling" may want to be clarified:
-Rolling "out" the inner fender seam to create more space
then (if needed)
-Rolling out the actual fender itself

In addition to coolhandluke's comment, rolling the fender lip will not change the look of the quarter panel. Rolling is usually done for minute clearance issue. If you are trying to fit a wheel/tire with aggressive specs you will require a roll and a pull. A pull is exactly as it sounds, a pulling of the fender to physically extend the wheel arch out and away from the body.
If you are just rolling the fender lip to add some clearance for tires you won't change the look of the car. Stock wheels will look the same on the car if the fenders were rolled or left as is. If you pulled the fenders your stock wheels would look more sunk.

Are you attending Type R Expo East this weekend? Several +35 15x8 sets from my group buy will be there.

On a functional setup using 15x8 and 225's you will need to roll. I would not want to run 205 on a 15x8 as those fit perfectly fine on a lighter 15x7.
I run 15x8 +45 w/ 225's and those require a 3mm spacer in the rear to clear the RTA and a roll, so +32 (13mm wider) will also need to roll. That is of course unless you plan on running #cambergang levels of camber.

Any reason why you wouldnt want to run a 205/50 on a 15x8?
It seems to be a commonly used option on Miatas and Civics, but I always wondered if the extra weight of an integra would be an issue with the 15x8 and a 205/50 and overheating the tire.

The answer varies by individual tire. Some tires run wider and are more easily fit on a 15x8''. I currently have 205/50 NT01's on a set of 15x8''s.

Considering how many of us are running 15x8 +35 I thought there would be more pictures in this thread.
This is with a 225/45 tire. My rears I had rolled previously for a different set of wheels so not sure how they would fit without the roll.
