It's crazy how shitty car guys can be sometimes.

I hate that shit. I've been burned a few times on online transactions like craigslist. We agree to meet up and when I call the seller is like I sold it this morning. Most recent time was last year with a used car dealership in San Bernardino. Communicated by text for a few days about buying a pair of Civic front seats. Texted when I left my house, gave traffic updates, then when I get there the salesman said "Sorry, I sold the seats half hour ago". I drove 100 miles for nothing.

bummer. been there more times than I can remember. I find it usually happens when something it posted for a decent price and AFTER committing to a deal the seller realizes from the flood of interest they could have got more for it.

Yes thats the caR, but its over 15 days old. That's prob the post that he put back up so i could see the specs sheet on the car again when I asked him to NOT re-post it. Then I asked him to take it down and he didnt. So someone local or close enough prob drove over with cash.

And they didnt have the balls to say someone has a deposit on it already, sorry.
