Sellers are welcome to ask whatever price they seem fit. Whether they get said asking price is another story. Potential buyers are encouraged to do their research before any purchase.

Agreed. While the price is outrageous I was also wondering if I was missing something regarding 98 ECUs since I have one sitting in a box...

An OBD1 ECU, harness, tuning software and dyno tune would be cheaper, more effective option.

To each their own I suppose.
