Yes the 2000 Civic picture looks basically the same as the 01 ITR. The orientation of the shut valve and cannister are different though. The cannister is turned 90 deg and the valve is pointed towards the front of the car.

Smoke test did not find my p1457 leak. All solenoids functioning properly. System has no leaks.
Could be faulty ecu or 2 way bypass valve by the fuel tank. A friend has a spare P73-C04 (00 01 CDM ITR) without immobilizer and I will borrow it tonight.

That really sucks. Hopefully one of these resolves that issue. Evap codes can be a real pain to diagnose.touringteg wrote: ↑Thu Sep 13, 2018 8:07 pm Smoke test did not find my p1457 leak. All solenoids functioning properly. System has no leaks.

So I had to get one myself. I also got the ignition/ steering cover which I already planned on. Mine has a hole from a led for a alarm. All these parts were expected the next day out of la to az . Instead it took about two weeks. All three parts were cross shipped from everywhere. The third arrived yesterday. I may install these tomorrow morning.IMG_1805.JPG

I had the wrong lower column part number .
Re: 98-940 Anyone know anything about the caR?
No more hole or huge scratches. On the column cover. Instead I have finger prints and sweat on the new cover. I was hoping to not have to clean it. I am thinking about what I want to use.11
Re: 98-940 Anyone know anything about the caR?
Today I installed the the driver side window molding on the windshield again. If you have been watching this thread it took flight. The body shop installed it. Wasn't happy. I already replaced both sides before they repaired some things. I ordered the molding the same day it happened and had it the next day. I tried to install it and the molding wouldn't fit because of the excessive adhesive. It would fit but the curve clips wouldn't clip in . The body shop said not their problem. Then said they will help out. I didn't ask for the cost on the molding. I asked to have the excessive adhesive cut out and sealed again. They agreed and said he needs to contact glass company they are not affiliated with because they were bought out. Now they won't respond to me and haven't heard any response. So today I finally resolved the issue myself. I carefully added to ear cuts to the excessive adhesive where the footprints were from the clips from their install. I sealed around the cut to prevent leaks. I think that was overkill because I was not deep , I was almost windshield depth . I used all new clips. Everything is solid. Looks good to me .
