Type R Expo - 2019...... ?

I’m really hoping an event happens this year. I missed out on 16, 17 and 18 due to personal commitments and would love to be able get back in gear with you fine folks.

I love the fact that we've had 18 consecutive years of Type R Expo

...Can't wait to get my R out on track soon esp for Expo. Crossing fingers that things work out this year and we can keep it going 19 yrs...

Here's how mine currently sits. Basically stock w/ Hondata Flashpro, tint, ppf, Battlecraft shift knob, and ricer decals.

The blue is really growing on me. Let's see what happens this year!

If Expo 19 doesn't work out, we can always do a get together at COTA for F1 in November I know Ravi, Mike S, Luke, myself, and a few other were talking about it during Expo West.

Luke/myself/others are plotting for Montreal GP 2020, all are welcome.

Or maybe a Gunz, Booze, & Firez Meatz, haven't done one of those since 2011.

It's an idea worth bringing back. I just couldn't host it anymore. Start a thread and I'll chime in to support. The PA Meet, Guns Meet, Thanksgiving Meet, and previous WTDR meets, were all excellent ways to get the Type R community together throughout the year. I need to get back to planning a community gathering out here.

The Realtime Collection Hall is gonna be hard to top!

I agree! That was one for the record books when combined with Road America, Pikes Peak NSX's, and RTR shop tour.

Nope, but all of us outside the Honda Heritage Center and maybe PMC would be awesome. 50+ ITRs or more (hopefully)

Other than the DL2 and AiM GP HD cameras (mostly in-hand), ordered up some pimpy MCS 2WNR to finish up my project.

Will likely take to the end of the Summer or calendar year to fully realize where/how I'd like to have the caR before tracking it again. Ed

We usually have something ready to announce around the holidays. Last year was a little later than normal due to announcing two events.

I have a draft email that should go out this week but still haven't hit send.

In short, we all agreed to take some time off and re-evaluate everything after last year's events. Once Expo 18 West was over, we had run 4 Expos in 2 years time. I was tired, especially when 2 of those included NSXPO. At the time, we planned to take 2019 off to regroup and look at our options. This is still a possibility, but things are definitely trending in a positive direction now.

Moving forward, we have a few potentials in the works, including some very awesome possibilities. Although nothing is guaranteed yet, we'll keep everyone in the loop as we know.
