What is the point of "archiving" people's for sale ads?
Discrepancies and so forth. I have obtained gold in terms of history from this site on my car. I have also found bs on other cars. This site is very informative on the history of these cars. Thanks guys!
I agree. This site, the current DC2 badge number database, and the active working in documenting FK8 badge numbers, are/will be useful to future owners who wish to research their car's history.
Another tip, hashtag you/friends car's badge numbers on social media. Example, my car is 98-1040. #981040 is searchable on Instagram, search results bring up all public photos with that hashtag. FK8 and 97's will be five digits, ie #00171 (DC2) or #01234 (FK8.)

My "database" is mostly on Photobucket right now which I am migrating to my Google Drive. Its a work in progress but I have about 285 ITR for sale ads documented.
Once the migration is done I will add the link to my signature.

Keep it up sir, your approach is also beneficial. I was referring to the Type R Badge# Database.

Off topic, but related to this...wasn't there a project to try and see how many R's are left? Some sort of VIN search or something.
