For those wishing to refresh OEM bushings or upgrade, this can serve as a starting point.

Sharing "working or not working" information could be useful.
Example 1:
-Eibach 3-way adjustable sway bar + spherical endlinks will rub HyTech Twinloop exhaust without low profile endlink bolts.

That 32mm asr bar must be crazy, seems huge.
I put on the jdm 23mm rear bar on my gs-r, using the ASR subframe brace, and all new oem bushings, brackets, and bolts. Applying grease to rubber bushings (where rubber meets metal) is important to do. I'm very happy with it. But getting those new oem bushings and bolts adds to the cost.
I just installed a rear strut bar on my gs-r, and that seemed to link up my suspension and has made the whole car feel connected to itself, so this might be something to consider for those getting a bigger rear sway bar or looking to improve handling in this area.

IMO, the 0.95 wall ASR is pretty ideal for a street/autox/light track car. I had that on my 97R along with some DA Motons and loved every minute.
On the 32mm options, I checked out ASR’s site and they still list a 0.95, 0.120, 0.188, and 0.25 wall bar options. I know plenty of folks who run the 0.25 wall on dedicated wheel to wheel cars... seems to work fine with higher spring rates and sticky tires (Hoosiers).
Looking at the rates in Ryan’s post, I’m pretty sure those are single wheel (bump) rates vs double wheel (roll) rates. For those trying to compare the bar rates to spring rates, remember that the bar connects further toward the inside of the rear LCA. As a result, they provide a fair bit less in actual wheel rate than springs do. As we’ve discussed previously and on the old site, pay attention to wheel or total roll rate more than individual component rates.

FWIW and all that but getting past looking at X rate springs and Y size bar to where you’re looking at Z wheel rate is where you want to go (IMO). That way you’re always getting an accurate picture of what the wheels are seeing after accounting for the motion ratio... it’ll help you make reasonable and well thought out changes vs throwing darts.
