.......
I have no idea where my original one is. I sold it in 2002 to a Toyota dealer in Cincinnati. The GM said he was going to give it to his son. I remember the badge number being in the 700s I think.
......
Oh, wow. Do you remember which dealership it was? I went to UC from 1995-1999.
What are your plans for the car?
I bought my original one at Columbia Acura. I then traded it in at Performance Toyota in Fairfield.
My plans for the car include driving it on nice days, probably some cars and coffee kind of events and keeping it in great shape. I have no plans to mod it at all but I may add window tinting. I did inquire about ppf but not sure there is a template for it to do so.

I like the tint idea. I've owned two and both had tint installed by previous owners.
Tint keeps the car a little cooler (very helpful if you have no AC like both of mine) and lessens the impact of UV rays on the interior which causes fading. Normally I am not a fan of tint but this is two wins in my book.

Congrats on the new car!! That really was a nice one you picked up. Your last ITR was a long time ago, what drew you back to it after all these years and despite it costing much more to return?

There's also "clear" tint that just blocks UV rays, but isn't dark. I'm considering this after my detailer pointed it out on his FK8. I'm just so worried about the tint getting messed up on the hatch. My old 2000 GSR tint messed up the defroster lines when it had to be removed (also probably an installer issue) but I suppose it was more because it parked outside unlike my ITR.

I bought a 2000 Accord with this tint. It saved the interior from UV damage. I was thoroughly impressed!

I don't like window tint because it reduces visibility at night. And also I'd rather be able to see the interior when outside the car. Storing in a garage is a must if possible, this will help to preserve the interior.

Thanks, everyone. Yes definitely garage kept so that will help. Might do a lighter tint - something not obvious.
