When I tried to source a new windshield I was told it's discontinued and there were 2 remaining in the country. The first one arrived in a million pieces. So I present to you the last oem windshield in the usa.

Started removing items from the car. I hope no one was driving this thing with that floor repair.

Nice road ahead. I was eyeing the R as well until he sent me those floor pan pics. Looks like you got the right stuff headed back on the car. Good luck👍

Wow, I am always impressed when someone takes on the challenge of rebuilding from a shell. 98-1040 started as a shell, and it was a challenging but educational experience. The price to time to reward factor is not for the faint of heart, so kudos sir. I'm also blown away by your OEM affection. My CC hurts just thinking about it. Best wishes in the build sir! Please continue to document the process. I recommend cataloging for your own enjoyment down the road, it will make an excellent coffee table book.

I also aim to make a rebuild calendar one day.
