The 2018 (all events) announcement thread is here:
viewtopic.php?f=17&t=251
Registration for West will tie-in with NSXPO, and that probably won't open until May or so.
However, I can discuss w/them about adjusting our registration to earlier.
Your link says I don’t have authorization to view it.
Ok may is good. Just didn’t want to miss it.

Ok, updated the first post with hotel info!
Country Inn & Suites 5327 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408 Phone:540-898-1800
We have a room block under "Type R Club". Use this when you CALL for our special rate of $70+tx per night for 2 queen beds or 1 king.
I have to call the hotel Monday morning to extend the rate to Sunday night for those staying the extra day. So if you book over the weekend, just take care of Friday/Saturday nights for now. I'll update when Sunday is a go.
Oh, the hotel has a great relationship with Dominion and will be setting up a car cleaning corral in the parking lot

Just an idea/thought right now, but I am curious to the possibility that if I could provide a track car for a west coast instructor to drive at Dominion, if that instructor could provide a car for me to drive at Thunderhill?? It would be fun to attend/instruct both events.

This is a pretty cool idea.

Picked up my first Type R (FK8) last year and looking forward to attending my first Type R expo this year
For those that have attended past events, how’s the security situation? Any incidents regarding theft, etc? Since our cars are theft magnets and all. It would suck to stay overnight at the hotel and come out next day to see wheels jacked or the car missing
