Contact Charlie at Sheepy Race in LA and see if he will steal the one from the DDE (Daily Driven Exotics) 2001 CDM ITR.

I installed a brand new one on the car last summer

There was a sponsor at ITR Expo 14 that gave away some aftermarket ground straps. I got one, but gave it to someone at my table. I forgot which sponsor it was but maybe someone here remembers and can see if they still have any.

Thanks! Anybody know who made the straps and if any are still available or may be in someone's garage waiting to be sent to me?

Bernardi, especially, plus other similar online parts store fronts for dealerships have grossly outdated site inventory unfortunately.
