This is sort of relevant to our cars. I had problems shifting the other night the floor mat moved which I thought was odd because it was anchored in. The anchor broke! The anchor is the same part for the integra. This part was installed in April. I have never seen one fail. Weird.

Bad luck lately. This happened to my daily driver tire

I went type R ing today. Sixty miles no check engine light. The evap readiness monitor is still not ready. This doesn't surprise me . I don't drive it much and the temps haven't dipped below 80 and exceed 105 . I had a good time. Car drove great.

dc231 was the devil on my shoulder and sent me this picture. So I had to get one myself. I also got the ignition/ steering cover which I already planned on. Mine has a hole from a led for a alarm. All these parts were expected the next day out of la to az . Instead it took about two weeks. All three parts were cross shipped from everywhere. The third arrived yesterday. I may install these tomorrow morning.

I am dealing with a p1457 as well since May. I have a 2001 which has a different cannister and evap purge valve. I borrowed spares from a local ITR owner and my cel still keeps coming back. Replaced gas gap, no dice. Cleaned and capped off the bypass valve on the firewall, no dice.

I am taking it to a second shop next Thursday for a smoke test.

The cel is driving me crazy.

That sucks. My brother's shop doesn't have a smoke machine. So far that light was out. Do you smell anything? I would smell rotten eggs when the light would come on . When the plug wire broke it smelled like charcoal and rotten eggs. Like really bad. Really really bad for about a minute. After that happened the light was turning on quite often. When I got the car no charcoal canister was installed or a cat. It really smelled.
