Did you happen to clean (or not clean) any oils or grease from the rotors and pads after installing?

used brake cleaner on the rotors before install. the pads were new. there is always a chance, but I do a quick check and spray down again if I see any.

When was the last time the caliper pins were cleaned & regreased? The darting to me indicates one side is braking harder. I would consider inspecting the front calipers. This could be as simple as:
-Remove caliper mounting bolts to caliper bracket.
-Remove slider pin boots, inspect for age/cracks/etc. Replace as necessary.
-Clean sliding pins, inspect for pitting/wear/etc. Replace as necessary.
-Repack with caliper pin grease pictured below
-Reinstall caliper mounting bolts + torque

I'm pretty sure they are ok. completely tore 4 calipers down in March of this year. had them sand blasted and powder coated. then rebuilt with new gaskets., new boots etc. used all the Honda grease supplied with the kit (although never really was sure what goes where - clear, pink and orange?) Also checked the pins before each track day and they were moving fine.

since it is only close to the limit, could it be something with the anti lock that is impacting just one wheel?

or maybe something is us out of tolerance after the sand blasting?

im looking to buy reman'd front calipers to basically refresh my entire brake and suspension setup, does anyone have a brand they can recommend? or should i rebuild mine with oem seals/boots?

I’d say rebuild yours. I did the Mugen AGBS calipers I have with the Honda s2k rebuild kits and it’s pretty straightforward. IMHO better than trusting something coming from reman operations.

I have a set of ITR remans sitting on a shelf. They are in good shape and still have the zinc coating on them. Should clean up nice.

The last I checked OEM rebuild kits were still available. I rebuilt a set of NSX calipers years ago via OEM. I would go ahead and replace the bleeder valves with SpeedBleeders or OEM replacements.

just 2 of these? 01463-S87-A00 ?
